These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gaming services provided via wildtokyo-aussie.com as made available to players in Australia under the brand "Wild Tokyo Casino". Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements

Account Creation Process

User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account is true, complete and up to date. You must promptly update your details if they change. The Operator may request evidence of any change (e.g. new proof of address).
- Password and security: You are solely responsible for:
- keeping your login details (username, password, security questions, two-factor authentication data) confidential;
- ensuring that your devices are secure and not accessible to minors or unauthorised persons; and

- Use of Account: You must not:
- use another person's Account or allow any other person to use your Account;
- register or use an Account on behalf of a third party or as an agent;
- act on behalf of a pool, syndicate or group without the Operator's prior written consent.
- Prohibited jurisdictions and restrictions: The Operator may restrict access from certain jurisdictions or for individuals identified as politically exposed persons, subject to sanctions, or otherwise presenting heightened risk. Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Principles

- Funding requirement: You may place Bets only if your Real Money Balance (and, where applicable, eligible Bonus Balance) is sufficient to cover the full amount of the Bet. Attempting to place Bets without adequate funds may result in rejection of the Bet.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in the relevant transaction or game history. Cancellation and Modification of Bets

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate bonus rules: All Bonuses are subject to these Terms as well as any specific rules published on the Website, including at https://wildtokyo.com/en/bonus-terms (to the extent adapted and applicable to wildtokyo-aussie.com). Where there is a conflict, the offer-specific terms prevail for that promotion.
- Availability to Australian players: Certain promotions may be restricted for players registered via wildtokyo-aussie.com, or for residents of particular Australian states or territories, due to legal or policy reasons. The Operator may amend, limit or withdraw promotions for compliance or risk management reasons.
- One bonus per person: Unless stated otherwise, each Bonus is limited to one per:
- person;
- household;
- IP address;
- device; and
- payment method.
Bonus Activation and Wagering
- Activation requirements: A Bonus may require:
- a minimum qualifying deposit of a specified amount;

Withdrawal Rules
- Verification requirement: Before processing any withdrawal, the Operator may require completion of KYC checks, including submission of identity, address and payment method verification documents. Failure to comply may result in delays or cancellation of withdrawal requests.

- Technical failures and external networks: The Operator is not liable for:

Termination & Suspension
Termination by the User

- Withdrawal of remaining funds: Upon closure requested by you, and subject to the Operator's right to withhold amounts in the event of suspected or confirmed breach, you may withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance after completion of KYC and other checks. Suspension and Termination by the Operator

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Primary governing law: These Terms, your Account and all Services provided via wildtokyo-aussie.com are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply under the law of your Australian state or territory where such rules cannot be lawfully excluded.

Dispute Resolution
